Your job hunt, tracked where it happens.
You have opened that same reposted listing three times this week. ApplyOnce remembers for you — inside LinkedIn, without a spreadsheet, an account, or a second tab.
What it does
One-click status
Applied and Referred buttons sit beside LinkedIn’s own Apply button on every job page. No tabs, no spreadsheet, no copying titles into a doc you stop updating by week two.
Automatic “Seen”
Every posting you open is recorded without a click, so already-read jobs stop competing for your attention on the next search.
Status pills in search
Coloured pills on every result — reposted and duplicate listings are obvious before you click, not after you have re-read the description.
Local-first privacy
No account, no resume upload, no server. Your history lives in your browser and nowhere else — see the privacy policy.
How it works
Install it
Add ApplyOnce from the Chrome Web Store. There is no sign-up, no onboarding flow, and nothing to configure.
Browse as usual
Search LinkedIn jobs the way you already do. Opening a posting marks it Seen on its own.
Tap when it matters
Hit Applied or Referred when you act. From then on every search result carries its status.
ApplyOnce does not have a server to send your data to.
That is not a policy promise we could quietly change — it is how the extension is built. Statuses are written to your browser’s local storage. There is no Skybolabs account, no analytics inside the extension, no resume parsing, and nothing sold or shared. Uninstalling removes the data with it.
Stop re-reading the same job posting.
Free, and it works the moment you install it.
