About ApplyOnce
Where do I get ApplyOnce?
It is on the Chrome Web Store — the Get ApplyOnce button on this site takes you straight there. Install it, open any LinkedIn job page, and the tracking controls appear next to LinkedIn’s own Apply button. There is no sign-up step.
Does it need my LinkedIn login or account data?
No. ApplyOnce reads the job page you are already looking at and stores each status locally in your browser. It never asks for your LinkedIn password, never uses the LinkedIn API, and there is no Skybolabs account to create.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
No — applying stays entirely in your hands. ApplyOnce only records what you have seen, applied to, and been referred for. It does not auto-submit applications, send messages, or take any action on your behalf.
What does it cost?
Nothing. ApplyOnce is free.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser, and nowhere else. There is no Skybolabs server holding your job history, no resume upload, and nothing shared with third parties. Uninstalling the extension removes the data with it. The privacy policy spells this out in full.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome today. We would rather support one browser properly than claim several and half-deliver — if you want another, tell us and it helps us prioritise.
Does it work on job sites other than LinkedIn?
Not yet. ApplyOnce is deliberately scoped to LinkedIn job pages and search results, which is where the duplicate-listing problem is worst.
About Calmora
Where do I get Calmora?
Calmora is in review with the Chrome Web Store. Until it is live, the button on the Calmora page emails us and we will send you the link the day it ships. There will be no sign-up step then either.
Does Calmora send my data anywhere?
Your to-dos, notes, habits and settings stay in your browser. Calmora makes exactly three kinds of outbound request, and none of them goes to Skybolabs: Wikimedia Commons for the optional daily photo, and Open-Meteo for the forecast and for city search. The Calmora privacy policy lists precisely what each one sends.
Does it replace my new tab page permanently?
It replaces it for as long as the extension is enabled, and Chrome asks you to confirm that when you install — that prompt comes from Chrome, not from us. Disable or remove Calmora at chrome://extensions and your new tab page goes straight back to Chrome’s own.
What does Calmora cost?
Nothing. It is free, with no ads, no paid tier and no account.
